Bei SRP bieten wir eine vollständige 3-Jahres-Garantie auf unsere Produkte in Spanien und 2 Jahre für den Rest der Welt. Sollte während der Garantiezeit ein Problem auftreten, sendet SRP so schnell wie möglich das Ersatzteil zu und übernimmt alle Versandkosten.
Um die Garantie in Anspruch nehmen zu können, muss der Kunde lediglich, falls SRP feststellt, dass das defekte Teil zurückgesandt werden muss, dieses innerhalb einer Frist von maximal 15 Tagen zurücksenden. Die Kosten für diesen Versand trägt der Kunde, der die günstigste und nicht eilige Versandart wählen kann.
