SRP bietet 3 Jahre Garantie auf seine Produkte in Spanien und 2 Jahre für den Rest der Welt. Sollte während der Garantiezeit ein Problem auftreten, sendet SRP das Ersatzteil so schnell wie möglich und übernimmt alle Versandkosten.
Damit die Garantie wirksam wird, ist die einzige Bedingung, dass, wenn SRP feststellt, dass das defekte Teil zurückgeschickt werden muss, der Kunde es innerhalb einer Frist von höchstens 15 Tagen einsenden muss.
