No ticket queues, no bots, no outsourced call centers — you talk to real engineers and racers who know every piston, seal and line of code in your setup. Find your answer below, or reach us directly.
Both devices connect via USB-C and work with USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports. Simply plug the included USB-C cable into a free USB port on your PC — your operating system detects the device automatically, with no drivers to install. Once connected, download SRP® MySetup from our downloads section to calibrate and customize your device.
Yes. Our pedals and handbrake work on consoles through adapters such as DriveHub. For a stable connection — especially on PlayStation — always use the original USB-C cable supplied with your device rather than third-party cables.
Yes. SRP® hardware is designed with multiple mounting options and is compatible with most cockpits on the market. We include standard M6 hardware and detailed mounting guides with every order, and the pedals also bolt directly onto 20×20 and 40×40 aluminum profile rigs.
The GT-R brake is built around our P1-R pneumatically damped piston: a stainless steel body with an NBR seal rated for 3.5 million km of service life and ceramic SRP-T1/T3 transducers reading your input. Unlike springs or elastomers, air pressure rises progressively with no fade and no wear — which is why the GT-R needs zero maintenance and feels identical on lap one and lap one thousand.
The GT-R throttle uses an air compression cylinder instead of a coil spring. The result is a perfectly linear, smooth resistance with more precise sensing — no spring noise, no bounce, and a consistent feel that never changes with temperature or use.
The pneumatic piston lets you modify both hardness and travel to simulate different vehicle types. The brake stroke adjusts across a full 15–45 mm range using the stroke regulator, and you can fine-tune the pressure curve in SRP® MySetup — from a soft road-car pedal to an F1-style brick wall.
The clutch ships with a 45 mm standard travel, and you can switch to a 22.5 mm short travel by rotating the bracket 180° — no extra parts needed.
PRO mode loads settings developed with professional drivers — plug in and race. CUSTOM mode gives you full control in MySetup: personal brake curves, dead zones and multiple profiles you can switch between cars and simulators.
Nearly everything is adjustable:
Mounting uses standard M6 hardware; a baseplate is available as an optional accessory.
Yes — the GT-S was designed specifically for direct profile mounting. Its M6 holes are a perfect fit for 20×20 profile rigs, with no adapters required.
No. The baseplate is an optional accessory — the pedals mount directly onto aluminum profile without it.
Yes. Both models share the identical P1-R piston, so the GT-S delivers the same competition-grade pneumatic brake performance as our flagship.
Set the travel regulator to maximum travel and lower the brake pressure in MySetup (a value around 15 works well for smooth toe-down control). Coming from elastomer pedals, the pneumatic brake can feel like a wall at first — give yourself a few sessions on a soft setting and firm it up progressively.
The brake travel regulator, heelrest and footrest are available in the GT-S accessories section. The regulator includes smaller black bushings — if yours arrive missing, our support team ships replacements right away.
Pre-assembled sets ship with standard spacing. If you need a custom layout, email [email protected] before placing your order and we will build it to your spec.
Email [email protected] with your GT-S order number and photos of your cockpit. Our team will tell you exactly how to mount it — this kind of one-to-one fitment help is part of every SRP® purchase.
Yes. When placing your order, select the side you will use and the handbrake ships pre-configured for that position.
It ships pre-calibrated from the factory. You can adjust the maximum pressure and create custom response curves and dead zones in the SRP® MySetup HB software.
Some simulators require manual control assignment: open the game's input settings and assign the handbrake axis — assign the handbrake before the brake pedal so both are detected correctly. On consoles, try connecting through a DriveHub adapter. If it persists, check our manual or contact support.
Follow this order: 1) recalibrate in MySetup, 2) move the cable to a different USB port, 3) use the supplied cable (it includes a ferrite core against interference). This sequence solves virtually every case.
Minor signal noise can happen on some USB controllers. Set a 5–10% dead zone in the game and close/reopen MySetup after calibrating — the flicker disappears.
The kit includes 2 bodyshakers (one for the brake, one for the throttle), a Nobsound sound card, the power supply and all necessary wiring.
Yes. The shakers are independent units driven by SimHub, so they work with pedals of any brand. Mounting on non-SRP pedals or cockpits is possible — the adaptation is done by the customer.
It works with any SimHub-compatible simulator: iRacing, Le Mans Ultimate, Assetto Corsa, rFactor 2, DiRT Rally and more. Recommended pedal effects include brake lock (ABS), traction loss and traction control — and you can adjust intensity, frequency and trigger conditions directly in SimHub.
Connect the bodyshakers to the sound card, the sound card to a USB port on your PC, and configure everything from SimHub. We provide a step-by-step guide in our downloads section.
SRP® MySetup is our free configuration software: sensitivity, response curves, dead zones, brake pressure and multiple savable profiles for each device. Download it from our downloads section — manuals and video tutorials are there too.
Updates are automatic through MySetup: download the latest version from our website, run it, and it updates your device by itself. We announce every release on our website and social channels.
In-stock items leave our workshop in 24–48 hours. Delivery takes 2–5 days within the EU and 2–8 days for most international destinations.
Yes, we ship worldwide — costs and times are calculated automatically at checkout. US customers should expect import duties (recently around 15%) billed by the carrier, sometimes weeks after delivery. These charges are set by customs and are outside our control.
No, it's normal: prices adjust automatically to your location. Logged-in B2B partners with a validated EU VAT number see VAT-exempt pricing.
Every SRP® product includes a 3-year Pro warranty in Spain and a 2-year international warranty. It covers defects in workmanship and operation under normal conditions; it does not cover damage from misuse, modifications or accidents. Because our pneumatic system has no springs or elastomers to wear out, warranty claims are rare — and when they happen, you deal directly with the people who built your hardware.
Directly with us — no forms, no bots, no middlemen:
Technical support is not an afterthought at SRP® — it is part of the product. When you buy our hardware, you get a direct line to the engineers who designed it, for as long as you own it.
Send us your order number and a photo or short video of the issue — most cases are solved in a single reply. You will always talk to the engineers who build your pedals, never a script.
