SRP offers a 3-year warranty for products sold in Spain and 2 years for the rest of the world. If an incident occurs, SRP sends the replacement part as soon as possible and covers all shipping costs during the warranty period.
If SRP determines a part must be returned, the customer has a maximum of 15 days to send it back. The return shipping cost is borne by the customer, who can choose the most economical non-urgent method.
