The prices and sales conditions displayed on our website are for informational purposes only and may change due to market fluctuations. However, once you complete your order through the purchase form, you commit to the price offered and the general sales conditions in effect at that precise moment.
Once an order is formalized, the purchase is considered final and contractual. Prices and conditions cannot be changed without the express agreement of both parties.

If you receive a product damaged by transport: We strongly recommend you contact us within the first 24 hours of receipt. To process the incident with the transport company, please send clear photographs of the damage (of the product, inner, and outer packaging) to support@simracing-pro.com. It’s also advisable to notify your local transport company of the incident.
At SRP® SimRacing Pro, we respect your right to withdraw from your purchase.
In accordance with the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), you can exercise your right of withdrawal. To facilitate and speed up this process, we advise you to send us an email to support@simracing-pro.com informing us of your desire to withdraw.
Important: You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

All SRP SimRacing-Pro products come with the applicable legal warranty, covering manufacturing and material defects.
Warranty period:
3 years for products sold in Spain
2 years for products sold in the rest of the world
The warranty period starts from the date of purchase, and a valid invoice or proof of purchase is required.
During the warranty period, SRP will repair or replace the defective product or part, provided the issue is covered under warranty.
The warranty does not cover:
Improper use or use not in accordance with the instructions.
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by impacts, falls, accidents, or electrical surges.
Unauthorized handling, modification, or repair.
Failures caused by components or accessories not supplied by SRP.
Incorrect software or hardware configurations unrelated to the product.

Order cancellations that involve a refund to the customer via bank transfer will have a maximum period of 30 days for administrative processing. However, our goal is to not exceed 7 days to expedite the process.
