Welcome to the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for SRP® SimRacing Pro. This document is crucial as it governs the terms of your purchases on our website, www.simracing-pro.com. By placing any order with us, you fully accept these GTC, which become binding from the moment of your purchase.
It's essential that you read and agree to these GTC before finalizing any purchase.

1. Pricing and Sales Conditions
The prices and sales conditions displayed on our website are for informational purposes only and may change due to market fluctuations. However, once you complete your order through the purchase form, you commit to the price offered and the general sales conditions in effect at that precise moment.
Once an order is formalized, the purchase is considered final and contractual. Prices and conditions cannot be changed without the express agreement of both parties.
SRP® reserves the right to deny or suspend access to our services on our website in cases of breach of contract, violation of applicable legislation, these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase, or if we detect any type of fraud, whether by our company or any of our suppliers.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We strive to ensure your order arrives quickly and securely.
- Domestic Delivery Times (Spain): Generally between 24 and 72 hours, depending on product availability. We do our best to ensure transport companies meet these deadlines. Please note that in remote rural areas, 24-hour delivery cannot always be guaranteed.
- International Delivery Times: Vary between 2 and 8 business days. While we cannot guarantee these times due to external factors (such as customs or carrier logistics), we strive for orders to arrive as quickly as possible.
Order Receipt and Damage Claims
It's crucial that you inspect your order upon delivery:
- You have 72 hours from signing the delivery receipt to verify the integrity of all order components and confirm that everything you ordered is included.
- After these 72 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted, and no claims for shipping damage or defects will be accepted.
3. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
At SRP® SimRacing Pro, we respect your right to withdraw from your purchase.
In accordance with the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), you can exercise your right of withdrawal. To facilitate and speed up this process, we advise you to send us an email to support@simracing-pro.com informing us of your desire to withdraw.
Important: You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts relating to: Personalized products, custom-built rigs, or unsealed software.
Refund Process & Conditions
For a return to be accepted, it is essential to meet the following conditions:
- Product Condition: All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and condition, in perfect state, and properly protected. Please avoid applying stickers, seals, or adhesive tapes directly onto the item's surface or original packaging. If these conditions are not met, SRP® reserves the right to refuse the return.
- Shipping Period: Once you have emailed us, we will send you detailed instructions. You must send the goods without undue delay, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you communicated your decision to withdraw.
- Shipping Costs: The transport costs incurred from returning the merchandise will be borne by you.
- Condition After Inspection: Once verified to be in perfect condition, the full refund will be processed. Should any component be in poor condition (scratches, dents, etc.), the value of that component will be automatically deducted. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Gifts or Promotions: If your purchase included a gift or was part of a promotion, the complete return is mandatory to proceed with the refund.
Refunds will be processed according to your original payment method:
- Card Payments: Credited to your bank account within 48 to 72 hours.
- PayPal Payments: Credited directly to your PayPal account.
4. Return Conditions for Distributors
Return conditions for B2B distributors differ from those for end consumers:
- Only returns of unsealed material in perfect condition will be accepted within a maximum of 30 calendar days from receipt.
- Such returns will be managed as a commercial return governed exclusively by SRP®'s terms and conditions.
- These conditions do not void your right to warranty or exchange defective products. SRP® reserves the right to refuse a return if a defect is detected that is not covered by warranty.
5. Warranties
All SRP SimRacing-Pro products come with the applicable legal warranty, covering manufacturing and material defects.
- 3 years for products sold in Spain.
- 2 years for products sold in the rest of the world.
The warranty period starts from the date of purchase, and a valid invoice or proof of purchase is required. During the warranty period, SRP will repair or replace the defective product or part, provided the issue is covered under warranty.
The warranty does not cover:
- Improper use or use not in accordance with the instructions.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by impacts, falls, accidents, or electrical surges.
- Unauthorized handling, modification, or repair.
- Failures caused by components or accessories not supplied by SRP.
- Incorrect software or hardware configurations unrelated to the product.
6. Order Cancellation & Disputes
Order cancellations that involve a refund to the customer via bank transfer will have a maximum period of 30 days for administrative processing. However, our goal is to not exceed 7 days to expedite the process.
