WARRANTY
At SRP, we offer a full 3 year warranty on our products in Spain and 2 years for the rest of the world. If any incident arises during the warranty period, SRP will send the replacement part as soon as possible, covering all shipping costs.
To make the warranty effective, the only condition is that, if SRP determines that the defective part must be returned, the customer must send it within a maximum period of 15 days. The costs of this shipment will be borne by the customer, who may choose the most economical and non-urgent method.
SRP® Formula-R are not compatible with installations without firm support.
For optimal experience and proper operation, a Cockpit simulator/equipment is required.
Avoid installation on the ground without additional support or on wheel stands without a solid connection between pedals and seat.
Enjoy the best sim experience with proper mounting on a rigid frame.
