Warranty Process

If any issue arises during the warranty period, SRP will send replacement parts at no cost to you. We cover all outbound shipping expenses.

Return Requirements

If SRP determines a defective part must be returned, customers have 15 days to ship it back. Return shipping costs are customer responsibility—you may choose the most economical, non-urgent method.
